Our commitment to safety starts at the beginning - from initial project orientation to jobsite meetings and inspections through to the completion and ongoing maintenance of your roof. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and customers.
The people handling our roofing projects are like family to us – in fact many of them are. You can rest assured that their safety as well as the safety of your employees and customers is a top priority for us at all times throughout the project.
All of our employees have been trained in ensuring the safest work environment possible. We offer extensive training for all of our roofing technicians and
professionals to ensure that everyone is on the same page about handling of materials and procedures. We have extensive procedures and technology in place that links all aspects of our operation to allow for quick answers and immediate attention to problem areas.
We perform job inspections on a daily basis and have weekly meetings to address any safety concerns or questions.
COR™ Certified
Norwin Roofing Ltd. is COR™ Certified. This means we have joined other industry leaders by adopting a comprehensive safety program for our operations. The COR™ Certificate of Recognition is endorsed by the Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health Division and is nationally recognized by provincial jurisdictions participating in the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Associations.
